What experience do you bring to the executive team? Passion for local food producers and promotion and education of Farmers’ Markets, 17 years of Hospitality experience in Kitchen around the world using regional cuisine

What do you think the core values of a farmers market is/are? To provide a venue for food producers of that particular region to network with local consumers

Why are you passionate about farmers markets? It is an extension of what I do in the Kitchen and Farmers’ Markets are the key to the future cuisine style of NZ as we head into the future

Anything else of interest? Full time dad of 2, Full time husband and part time Motorbike rider and windsurfer - What time is it? Because I am feeling peckish

What do you think is the biggest issue facing farmers markets in NZ looking into the future? the ability to stay focused and to the principles of what a farmers' market is with a large and growing group of people, the formula works as long as you stick to the basics.
